I love this recipe! It is a staple for my diabetic, autoimmune diet. Besides the taste, the best part is it is so easy! Try using Monk Fruit sugar instead of Stevia. if you like a smooth pudding put all ingredients in a Vitamix and mix till smooth. Refrigerate and ENJOY alone or with strawberry’s and whip creme.
